The Relighting
On the night of August 6, 2026, hundreds gathered downtown as Downtown Revival Trust threw the switch on the three-sided “1st” sign — dark since 2024 — with fireworks over the West Tower and the building’s exterior uplighting restored alongside it. It took three sign companies and hundreds of thousands of dollars in repairs. It now burns nightly, dusk until dawn.
